10er collects limited information about you and your use of the service. We aim to collect as little as possible. This page outlines what we collect, why, and how.

Collected Information

  1. Email
    We collect your email when you sign up. This is used to identify you and log you in.

  2. Payment Card
    10er does not store your card details. Card data is collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe’s privacy policy and security docs apply.

  3. Personal Information (for creators)
    If you’re receiving payments, Stripe may collect your name, address, bank account, and photo ID. 10er may access some of this data if needed. See Stripe Connect terms for more.

  4. Non-personal Information
    We may collect anonymized data like IP address or device type for analytics and performance monitoring.

  5. Cookies
    Cookies are used to keep you logged in.

Data Sharing

  1. Your email is shared with the creators you support. They use it to track their paying subscribers. 10er is not responsible for misuse by creators.

  2. We never share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent.

Data Deletion and Rights

  1. You can delete your account and data at any time. Some data may be kept (in anonymized form) for accounting or legal compliance.

  2. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Deletion is available via the Settings page.
