10er (“The Service”) is operated by Brainbow I/S (CVR: DK29582793) (“Brainbow”).

By using 10er, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

Brainbow may change, expand, or limit the services at any time. This may include changes to features, pricing, or access. The current terms are always available on this page.

Violating the terms may result in immediate account termination without notice.

Registration

  1. Access to your account is tied to your registered email address. You’re responsible for keeping it secure. Brainbow is not liable for misuse due to a compromised email.
  2. The Service may not be used for illegal, violent, hateful, racist, or similar activities. Brainbow determines what falls into these categories.

Payment & Refund

  1. By registering, you authorize 10er to charge your saved card based on your subscriptions and releases. Payments are handled by Stripe. Card data is encrypted in transit and never stored by 10er. 10er and Stripe follow modern security standards. More on Stripe security.
  2. Payments are refundable within 30 days. After that, refunds are discretionary.

Termination

  1. Either party may terminate the subscription at any time with immediate effect.
  2. Termination must be done through the 10er platform. Email requests are not accepted.
  3. Your data will be deleted or anonymized as soon as possible, unless retained for accounting reasons.
  4. Brainbow may terminate your account at any time, with or without cause.

Copyright and Content

  1. 10er is not responsible for the content published by subscribed projects.
  2. The design, code, and platform experience are copyright Brainbow I/S.
